The 4-Pillar

Method

My coaching methodology integrates four critical phases—Discover, Stabilize, Strategize, Execute. Neglect one phase, and progress stops. Complete all four, and extraordinary results follow.

Discover

We'll reveal your Unique Genius and Ikigai through professional assessments (MBTI, STRONG, Values clarification) and deep strategic reflection—so you can finally stop guessing and start building from your actual strengths.

→ You'll have a clear answer to "what should I do next?"—not based on what sounds good, but on what's actually aligned with who you are.

Stabilize

We'll evaluate your supporting systems—health status, relationship quality, financial position, mental resilience—and fix structural weaknesses BEFORE attempting big changes. Most coaches skip this. That's why most transformations fail.

→ You'll achieve breakthrough results without compromising your wellbeing, depleting your resources, or harming your closest bonds.

Strategize

We'll construct your detailed game plan with prioritized action items, timeline milestones, and decision frameworks—specifically designed for YOUR unique circumstances so confusion never stops your progress.

→ Decision fatigue disappears. Every choice becomes clear because you know your strategy and how each action fits into it.

Execute

Together, we'll translate understanding into measurable outcomes through weekly coaching sessions with action planning, weekly progress reviews, and direct support—you don't just discuss transformation, you demonstrate it.

→ In 3-6 months, your transformation won't be theoretical. It will be your lived reality.

Each session lasts 60 minutes, available in-person or virtually, with flexible scheduling for early mornings, evenings, and weekends.

You’ll receive between-session email support, curated resources, and actionable tools—because real growth happens in the moments between conversations.

  • What Clients Are Saying:

“I came to Jeff feeling completely stuck after 17 years in the same industry. I knew I wanted something different but had no idea what that could look like. Jeff has this amazing ability to ask the right questions that help you discover things about yourself you didn't even realize. He helped me identify transferable skills I was undervaluing and opened my eyes to career paths I never considered. Six months later, I'm in a role that actually excites me to get up each morning. Jeff doesn't just help you find a job—he helps you find your direction.”

    — JESSICA B., HUMAN RESOURCES BUSINESS PARTNER

  • What Clients Are Saying:

“Going through a divorce in my 40’s pretty much turned my whole world upside down. I felt pretty lost and had no clue what came next. That's when a friend suggested I talk to Jeff. What I appreciate most about Jeff is that he doesn't try to fix everything at once or give you motivational speaker nonsense. We've worked through practical stuff – how to speak up for myself at work, figuring out healthy ways to deal with stress (I've lost 28 pounds in the process), and even how to start dating again without feeling completely out of practice. Jeff listens in a way that makes you feel heard, but he's not going to let you just complain for an hour. Every conversation ends with me having something concrete to work on. I'm in a very different and more positive headspace now than six months ago. I’m still figuring things out, but I actually feel optimistic about what's next instead of just surviving each day.”

    —MIKE D., DIRECTOR OF FINANCE

  • What Clients Are Saying:

“Jeff led our sales team through a half-day Myers-Briggs assessment and team dynamics overview that was really impactful. His insightful approach brought clarity to how each team member operates and helped us understand our individual strengths and how to leverage them collectively. Jeff's engaging style kept our sales reps actively involved throughout the session. While it was a lot to absorb, he made sure we walked away with practical tools we could implement immediately. We learned about our working styles, grew closer as a team, and gained concrete strategies to collaborate more effectively. We're already seeing benefits in our weekly pipeline reviews - communication has improved and team meetings are more productive. Jeff's expertise and ability to connect with our group left a lasting impression. I highly recommend him to any organization looking to elevate team dynamics and drive real results.”

FAQs

  • You may be a great fit if:

    • You're feeling stuck, burned out, or uninspired.
    • You're considering a career change.
    • You've achieved success but still feel unfulfilled.
    • You're searching for greater purpose, meaning, or direction.
    • You're struggling to identify your next step.
    • You know you're capable of more but aren't sure how to move forward.

Many of my clients are successful professionals who have spent years prioritizing responsibilities, stability, and other people's expectations.

Eventually they reach a point where they begin asking deeper questions:

Who am I now? What do I want next? What would success actually look like for me?

    That's where coaching can help.

  • Most career coaches start by asking:

    "What job do you want?"

    I think there's a more important question:

    "Who are you?"

Because before you can build a meaningful career, you need to understand the person building it.

That's why my coaching process begins with self-discovery.

Together we'll explore your strengths, interests, values, personality, motivations, and the environments where you're most likely to thrive using professional assessments, coaching exercises, and structured conversations.

Only then do we start evaluating potential career paths.

And unlike many coaching programs that rely primarily on reflection and advice, I believe confidence comes from evidence.

    That's why we don't stop at self-discovery.

We validate possibilities through research, informational interviews, networking conversations, real-world experiences, and experimentation.

    My philosophy is simple:

    Action creates evidence.
    Evidence creates confidence.
    Confidence creates momentum.

I also recognize that careers don't exist in isolation.

Your work impacts your health, relationships, finances, wellbeing, and overall quality of life. That's why we look at the whole picture rather than treating your career as a separate problem to solve.

Finally, this isn't a coaching relationship where we meet once a month and disappear until the next session.

Through assessments, exercises, session summaries, accountability, and support between sessions, I'm actively invested in helping you move forward.

My commitment is not to tell you what you should do.

My commitment is to help you discover what truly fits who you are and build a path to make it real.

  • This is one of the most common reasons people reach out.

Many of my clients have good careers, stable incomes, supportive families, and accomplishments they once dreamed about achieving.

    Yet something still feels off.

They feel disconnected from their work.

They feel like they've been living someone else's definition of success.

Or they've spent so many years taking care of responsibilities that they've lost touch with what they want.

Wanting something more doesn't make you ungrateful.

    It doesn't mean you've failed.

    It simply means you've grown.

Coaching helps you understand what that feeling is trying to tell you and how to build a future that's more aligned with who you are today.

  • Most clients begin with the Discover Who You Are program.

    Why?

Because meaningful change rarely happens in a single conversation.

While individual coaching sessions can absolutely be valuable, the biggest breakthroughs tend to happen over time as insights build on one another, patterns emerge, and action is taken between sessions.

    Coaching isn't a one-time event. It's a process.

The clients who experience the greatest transformation are typically the ones who commit to that process.

That said, some people prefer to start with a single coaching session first.

Maybe you'd like to make sure we work well together. Maybe you want to experience my coaching style before committing to a larger program. That's completely reasonable.

If you'd like to start with an individual session, we can absolutely do that. And if you decide afterward that you'd like to continue with the Discover program, I'll apply the cost of that session toward the six-session package.

I want to meet you where you are.

It's also worth noting that the Discover program represents approximately a 20% savings compared to purchasing six individual coaching sessions, making it the most cost-effective option for clients seeking deeper support and lasting results.

Through assessments, coaching exercises, and structured conversations, we'll uncover your strengths, values, interests, motivations, and ideal work environment before making major career decisions.

After completing the six-session program, we'll review your progress together and determine whether continuing into Phase II: Validate & Build Success Program makes sense for your goals.

Many clients continue because they've gained significant clarity and want support turning that clarity into action.

Others leave after six sessions with exactly what they needed.

There is never any obligation to continue beyond the original program.

My goal isn't to sell you more coaching than you need.

My goal is to help you gain the clarity, confidence, and momentum needed to move forward successfully and live your best life.

  • Most people spend years making career and life decisions without ever taking the time to deeply understand themselves.

The Discover Who You Are program is the first phase of my coaching process and the starting point for most clients.

Through six private coaching sessions, professional assessments, values exercises, and structured reflection, we'll uncover your unique strengths, interests, personality, motivations, and the environments where you're most likely to thrive.

This isn't about taking a personality test and receiving a list of careers.

It's about developing a deeper understanding of who you are and what truly matters to you so you can make future decisions with greater clarity and confidence.

By the end of the program, you'll have a much clearer answer to questions like:

    • What am I naturally good at?
    • What kind of work energizes me?
    • What values matter most to me?
    • What environments bring out my best?
    • What might my next chapter look like?

    • 2-4 career paths truly aligned with who you are

The Outcome Is: Clarity & Renewed Self-Confidence

  • Most people choose a direction before they've tested it.

That's why the second phase of my coaching process focuses on validating possibilities before making major commitments.

Together, we'll explore potential paths through informational interviews, networking conversations, industry research, job shadowing, volunteer opportunities, side projects, leadership experiences, and other real-world experiments.

    Research helps us identify possibilities.

Experience helps us discover what actually fits.

Once we've gathered enough evidence, we'll build a practical roadmap and execute with purpose.

This may include career transition planning, networking strategies, resume development, LinkedIn optimization, interview preparation, accountability, and ongoing coaching support.

    The goal is simple:

Move from guessing what fits to knowing what fits and making tangible progress towards landing a job that’s aligned with who you are.

    Outcome: Confidence, momentum, and results.

  • The Career Launch Program is my signature 12-week career coaching experience for young adults who feel stuck, uncertain, or lacking direction.

It’s designed to help your son or daughter move from confusion and overwhelm to clarity, confidence, and real-world momentum.

Using my structured 4-Pillar Method, we:

Discover their strengths, interests, and natural wiring
Stabilize their confidence and decision-making foundation
Strategize a clear, personalized career path
Execute with real-world action, accountability, and support

This isn’t just career advice—it’s a hands-on process where they actively build clarity and take meaningful steps toward a future that actually fits them.

The program includes 12 weekly 60-minute one-on-one coaching sessions, professional assessments (MBTI, Strong Interest Inventory, CliftonStrengths, Ikigai), and hands-on support with resumes, LinkedIn, outreach, and job or internship strategy.

They’ll also receive structured exercises, accountability between sessions, and ongoing guidance so progress actually happens—not just conversations.

This is focused, high-impact work—not casual coaching.

Most clients invest 1–3 hours per week outside of sessions applying what we build together.

This program is designed for young adults who are capable—but need clarity, direction, and a structured path forward.

  • Every client's journey is different, but common outcomes include:

    • Greater clarity and confidence
    • A deeper understanding of strengths and values
    • Improved decision-making
    • Career transitions into more meaningful work
    • Promotions and leadership growth
    • Better networking and interviewing skills
    • Increased alignment between work and life
    • A practical roadmap for the future

Some clients discover an entirely new direction.

Others discover they already knew the answer and simply needed the confidence to pursue it.

The goal isn't simply finding another job. The goal is building a career and life that genuinely fit who you are.

The real win: You stop performing someone else's version of success and start building your own.

  • The consultation is a real coaching conversation, not a high-pressure sales call.

We'll talk about where you are today, what's working, what's not, and what prompted you to reach out.

Together, we'll explore what you're hoping to achieve, the challenges you're facing, and what a meaningful next chapter could look like for you.

My goal is to understand your situation, provide some initial coaching insights, and help determine whether coaching is the right tool for what you're trying to accomplish.

By the end of our conversation, you'll have greater clarity about your situation and a better understanding of what your next steps might be—whether that's working with me or pursuing a different path.

If coaching isn't the right fit, I'll tell you.

If I'm not the right coach for you, I'll tell you that too.

My goal isn't to convince you to hire me.

My goal is to help you make a good decision.

If we decide to move forward together, I'll explain the different coaching options and recommend the path I believe will serve you best.
