When You're the One Everyone Leans On, Who Do You Lean On?
You've built something most people only dream about. The home in Paradise Valley. The leadership role. The portfolio. The reputation. From the outside — the fundraisers at the Phoenician, the dinners along the Camelback Corridor — you're the person everyone wants to be. But somewhere between managing the board and managing your family, you stopped managing the one thing that matters most: whether any of this still feels like yours.
X You Sold the Company and Lost Your Identity
The wire hit your account and you felt nothing. Or worse — you felt terrified. Because for 15 years, you were the founder, the CEO, the person who built that thing. Now you're the person at brunch with nowhere to be on Monday. And nobody around you understands why that's not a relief.
X You Made Partner and Felt Nothing
You've been performing at the highest level for decades. Managing portfolios, leading teams, advising boards. The title finally came — and so did the realization that you've been running toward something that stopped meaning anything to you years ago. But you can't say that out loud. Not here.
X You Can't Remember What You Do for Fun
Someone asked you last week what you do outside of work. You said golf. But you don't even like golf — it's just where the deals happen. You genuinely cannot remember the last time you did something because you wanted to, not because it was strategic.
X You Keep Saying "After Next Quarter"
After this deal closes. After the kids are settled. After the renovation. You've been saying "after" for three years. The truth is, there's always going to be another "after." And the version of your life you keep postponing isn't waiting patiently.
You Manage Everything Except the One Thing That Actually Matters
If you recognized yourself in any of those, that recognition is the beginning - not the problem. The leaders I work with aren’t broken. They’ve just been operating from someone else’s definition of success for so long they’ve lost access to their own. That changes here.
Meet Jeff
I'm a former tech executive turned personal growth coach, and my path to coaching started with my own unraveling. I scaled startups to billion-dollar valuations at companies like Apple, Target, LendingClub, and Upgrade. I hired over 1,000 professionals. I was the person in the boardroom making the decisions you're making right now.
Then I got fired. Twice in 18 months. I sat in a parking garage staring at my phone through tears, wondering whether I'd ever feel confident in my own professional worth again. That moment didn't break me — it broke the story I'd been telling myself.
I know what it's like to have everyone assume you're fine because the numbers look right. I know the isolation of leadership. And I know the way through.
What Makes My Coaching Different:
✅ Executive Experience — I've sat in your chair. Board meetings, investor calls, restructuring decisions. I don't need you to explain the pressure. I've lived it.
✅ Absolute Discretion — My practice is built for professionals who can't afford to be seen "getting help." No group sessions. No shared waiting rooms. Complete confidentiality.
✅ Evidence-Based Tools — Applied Positive Psychology certificate from the University of Pennsylvania, plus Myers-Briggs (MBTI) and Strong Interest Inventory certifications.
✅ Accessible Anywhere — In person at my Biltmore office, virtually via Zoom, or private home/office visits in the Paradise Valley, Arcadia, and Biltmore area.

The 4-Pillar Method
1. Discover
We'll identify your Unique Genius using professional assessments (MBTI, Strong Interest Inventory, CliftonStrengths) — mapping not just the skills you've leveraged to build your career, but the ones that actually energize you beneath the title.
2. Stablize
We'll assess your foundation — health, relationships, finances, mental wellbeing — and strengthen what's shaky BEFORE you make big moves. For high-net-worth professionals, "stabilize" often means protecting what you've built while creating space for what's next.
3. Strategize
We'll create your personalized roadmap — whether that's a second act after an exit, a redesign of your current role, or a complete life restructure. Customized to your financial reality, your family dynamics, and your timeline.
4. Execute
Together, we'll convert clarity into results through weekly 60-minute sessions, accountability, and honest feedback. Most clients see clarity in Month 1, foundation and strategy in Months 2-3, and execution in Months 4-6.

Coaching for Your Specific Challenge
Post-Exit Identity — You built the company, sold the company, and now you don't know who you are without it. We rebuild identity from the inside out.
Executive Isolation — The higher you climb, the fewer people you can talk to honestly. Coaching gives you that space without the politics.
Legacy & Second Act — You've proven you can build. Now the question is: what do you want to build that actually matters to you?
Relationship Repair — Success cost you something at home. We address it directly — not with therapy, but with strategy and accountability.
Life Transitions — Board transitions, retirement planning, empty nest, or the quiet crisis nobody around you sees because you're still performing.
Coaching Grounded in Experience and Science
I've rebuilt my confidence more than once — through layoffs, betrayals, and moments when I questioned my own worth. I know the isolation of leadership and the weight of decisions that affect everyone around you.
But I've also learned that what feels like an ending can become the start of something greater. Through my own journey and advanced training in Applied Positive Psychology at the University of Pennsylvania, I discovered how to turn setbacks into the foundation for growth.
That's why my work is never about quick fixes. I combine evidence-based tools, real-world executive experience, and absolute discretion to create change that lasts. Whether you're meeting in person at my Biltmore office or connecting virtually, my role is to help you move forward with clarity, confidence, and purpose.
Serving Paradise Valley, Arcadia, and Biltmore Neighborhoods Including: Paradise Valley proper, Arcadia, Biltmore, Camelback Corridor, Camelback East Village, Lincoln Drive Corridor, and Mummy Mountain.

Because your identity was fused with the thing you built. For years, every introduction started with your company name. Every morning had structure and purpose tied to that venture. Now the structure is gone, and so is the identity that came with it.
This is one of the most common — and least talked about — experiences among founders post-exit. Coaching helps you separate who you are from what you built, so you can figure out what actually comes next.
-
Complete discretion is built into my practice. No group sessions. No shared waiting rooms. I offer private sessions at my Biltmore office, virtually via Zoom, or at your home or office. I don't discuss clients by name, ever.
Several of my clients are public-facing professionals who require this level of privacy — it's not an exception, it's the standard.
-
Company-provided coaching serves the company's goals. The coach reports to HR or your manager. The agenda is performance, retention, and leadership development within your current role.
My coaching serves you. The agenda is yours. We can talk about whether you even want to be in that role — something you'd never say to a company coach. There's no reporting, no performance review, no corporate agenda.

Good — that's exactly what we'll work on. Despite the word "career" in my title, more than half my work with Paradise Valley clients focuses on life outside the office: relationships, identity, purpose, health, and the quiet dissatisfaction that success was supposed to fix but didn't. Career is often just the entry point. The real work goes much deeper.

I coach individuals, not couples — but I frequently work with clients whose spouses are navigating their own transitions simultaneously. When one partner changes, the relationship dynamic shifts.
I help you navigate that shift strategically so growth strengthens the relationship rather than destabilizing it. If couples work is needed, I'll refer you to a therapist I trust.

My most successful clients are the busiest ones. Sessions are 60 minutes, once a week, via Zoom or in person.
That's less time than your average board dinner. The question isn't whether you have time — it's whether you can afford to keep spending your time the way you're spending it now.
