I’m Jeff Rothenberg, a confidence coach and personal empowerment coach based in Phoenix, working virtually with clients across the U.S.
Before I began coaching, I spent 15 years in leadership roles scaling companies from startups to billion-dollar valuations, interviewing and mentoring over 1,000 professionals. I’ve seen firsthand how confidence—not credentials—determines who thrives.
After navigating my own challenges with self-doubt, career setbacks, and personal loss, I discovered how powerful evidence-based coaching can be for rebuilding belief in yourself. My training in Applied Positive Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania and certifications in Myers-Briggs and VIA Character Strengths allow me to blend real-world business insight with science-backed methods that get results.
