What it is

A structured 12-week process built around how you're actually wired. Mostly working sessions, not pep talks. We make real things together — resume, outreach, conversations — on the call.

Therapy. Open-ended "let's see where this goes" coaching. A motivational speech. Someone telling you what you're supposed to want.
