Do You Feel Stuck?
You've done everything right. Built the career. Made good money. Built the life you were "supposed to" want.
Instead, you wake up Sunday night with dread. You can't remember the last time you felt excited—about your work, your relationships, or your direction. You've achieved all of it and still ask yourself: Is this all there is?
You know you're capable of more. You just don't know what—or how to get there without losing everything you've built.
That's stuck. And staying stuck comes at a cost.
The Cost of Staying Stuck
Are you experiencing any of these?
➤ Career
Waking up dreading Mondays, staying in a role that drains you while watching less qualified people get promoted. Questioning your worth after a layoff or firing, replaying what went wrong instead of building what's next.
➤ Life
Rebuilding your identity after divorce or when kids leave home, wondering who you are beyond the roles of spouse or parent that used to define you. Facing major changes that shake the ground under you and make even simple decisions feel overwhelming.
➤ Confidence
Silencing yourself in meetings, relationships, or opportunities because you don't trust your own voice. Knowing deep down you're capable of more, but second-guessing every step until momentum slips away.
➤ Direction
Achieving the success you thought would fulfill you, yet lying awake at night asking, "Is this all there is?" Putting off dreams—starting a business, making a bold change, pursuing what lights you up—because it feels safer to stay stuck than risk failing.
➤ The Truth
Staying stuck comes at a cost—your energy, your relationships, your opportunities, and your sense of self. But with the right support, these transitions don't have to break you. They can become the very thing that launches you into the life you were meant to live.
Meet Jeff
I’m a former tech executive turned personal growth coach, and my path to coaching began with my own setbacks. I’ve scaled startups to billion-dollar valuations, led high-performing teams, and also experienced the humbling reality of layoffs and career pivots. Those moments taught me that real success isn’t just about achievement—it’s about resilience, clarity, and growth.
That’s why today, as a self development coach and personal development consultant, I help people navigate the same kinds of transitions I’ve lived through. My approach blends 15+ years of leadership experience with certifications in Applied Positive Psychology (University of Pennsylvania) and Myers-Briggs assessments, so every session is rooted in both real-world insight and evidence-based tools.
I’m based in Phoenix and love serving my local community, but I also work virtually with clients across the country. When I’m not coaching, you’ll usually find me hiking Arizona trails with my wife and our two labradoodles, or volunteering at Saint Vincent de Paul.
The 4-Pillar
Method:
My coaching framework combines four essential elements—Discover, Stabilize, Strategize, Execute. Miss one, and transformation stalls. Master all four, and you become unstoppable.
➤ Discover
We'll identify your Unique Genius and Ikigai—that rare sweet spot where what you love, what you're great at, what you can be paid for, and what the world needs all come together.
→ You'll stop asking "what should I do with my life?" and start building the life you're actually meant to live.
➤ Stabilize
We'll assess your foundation—health, relationships, finances, mental wellbeing—and strengthen what's shaky BEFORE you make big moves, because you can't build a dream life on cracked ground.
→ You'll transform your life without sacrificing your health, draining your savings, or damaging your most important relationships.
➤ Strategize
We'll create your personalized roadmap with clear milestones and concrete next steps—customized to YOUR situation, not cookie-cutter advice—so you always know what to do next.
→ No more spinning your wheels wondering if you're doing the right thing. Just strategic actions that create real momentum.
➤ Execute
Together, we'll convert clarity into results through bi-weekly 60-minute sessions, weekly accountability check-ins, and honest feedback—you don't just envision change, you create it.
→ In 6 months, you won't be "working on" your transformation. You'll be living proof it works.
Coaching for Your Specific Challenge
Every client’s path is different, which is why I design coaching to fit your unique situation. Whether you’re navigating a career transition, rebuilding confidence, moving through a major life change, or facing relationship challenges, I bring both structure and empathy to the process.
You can work with me in focused single strategy sessions, in-depth 3-month transformation programs, or customized coaching packages. My role as a personal growth coach and self development coach is to help you gain clarity, build resilience, and move forward with confidence.
No matter where you’re starting from, we’ll work together to transform uncertainty into momentum and setbacks into comebacks.
Coaching Grounded in Experience and Personal Development Science
I’ve rebuilt my confidence more than once—through betrayals, layoffs, and moments when I questioned my own worth. I know the fear of losing your career identity and the weight of wondering if you’ll ever feel strong again.
But I’ve also learned that what feels like an ending can become the start of something greater. Through my own coaching journey and advanced training in Applied Positive Psychology at the University of Pennsylvania, I discovered how to turn setbacks into the foundation for growth.
That’s why my work as a personal growth coach and self development coach is never about quick fixes. I combine evidence-based tools, real-world leadership experience, and a compassionate approach to create change that lasts. Whether you’re looking for personal development coaching services in Phoenix or prefer to connect virtually from anywhere, my role is to help you move forward with clarity, confidence, and purpose.
FAQs
-
Life coaching is a results-focused partnership that helps you gain clarity, confidence, and direction. Unlike therapy, which looks to the past, coaching is action-oriented and future-focused.
As a personal growth coach, I work with clients in Phoenix and virtually nationwide to navigate career transitions, relationship changes, and major life decisions. Coaching provides structure, accountability, and personalized strategies that turn stuck patterns into meaningful progress. -
Therapy helps you heal the past, while life coaching helps you design your future.
Therapy focuses on mental health and emotional healing. Life coaching is for people who are emotionally healthy but stuck—in their careers, relationships, or sense of direction—and ready to build what's next.
As a personal development coach, I help you see patterns you might not notice, clarify what you actually want, and create an action plan to get there.
-
Because it creates alignment between who you are and how you're living.
Most people know what they should do—they just don't do it. Life coaching gives you clarity on what you actually want, identifies what's holding you back, and provides accountability to follow through.
The results: Clients report greater job satisfaction, stronger relationships, increased confidence, and better alignment between their strengths and career. Many also experience salary increases and long-term resilience because they're finally building from solid ground.
-
Sessions are 60 minutes, designed to fit busy lives, with flexible scheduling in-person or virtually.
We’ll focus on your priorities — whether that’s preparing for a career change, rebuilding after divorce, or gaining more confidence. Sessions follow a proven structure: clarify goals, assess reality, explore options, and create an action plan. Virtual sessions make it easy to work with me no matter where you’re located. -
Most clients work with me for 3–12 months, with noticeable results often in the first 4–6 sessions.
Short-term coaching provides clarity and direction, while long-term coaching helps build confidence and habits that last. Think of it like fitness: consistency creates transformation. -
The foundation comes first. You'll gain deep clarity on your unique strengths, values, and what you actually want—not what you think you should want.
From that clarity, we build alignment between who you are and how you're living. We adjust your career path, relationships, and daily choices to fit your core strengths.
What follows naturally: Increased confidence, stronger relationships, reduced stress, and career advancement—including salary increases or promotions—because you're finally operating from solid ground.

Both terms describe coaching focused on clarity, confidence, and purpose.
As a personal growth coach and personal development consultant, I help clients navigate life transitions, career changes, and confidence-building with strategies tailored to their goals. The difference is mostly in terminology — the outcome is the same: lasting personal development and progress. -
No — while I’m based in Phoenix, I work virtually with clients all across the U.S.
If you’re local, we can meet in person. If not, Zoom makes coaching just as effective. Many of my clients prefer virtual sessions for flexibility. -

You don’t need to have all the answers before beginning. If you’re asking questions like “What’s next for me?”, coaching can provide the structure and support to find your next steps.
